We deliver advice either face to face or online via Zoom. How we work together will always reflect your preferences, communication needs and any access requirements.

Because we offer a personal service and give each client the time they deserve, we manage a limited number of enquiries at a time. Once your responses are submitted, Catriona will review them personally and be in touch within 24 hours either to confirm that she’s the right fit or recommend someone better placed to help.

Fees
As a regulated financial adviser, our fees are based on the time it takes to provide the initial advice, the complexity of your situation and the expertise and responsibility involved. We record all time spent on different tasks for clients and from our years of experience we can work out how long it should take the different members of our team to complete their tasks for an advice project. We quote fixed fees for initial financial plans to clients.
We will always tell you if we don’t believe you will receive sufficient value from engaging with us to provide a comprehensive financial planning service and also for our Ongoing Management Service.
Initial advice and Financial Plan
Financial plan and modelling fee £4,250.
This includes detailed analysis of your projected lifetime cash flow, analysis of your existing financial arrangements and the creation of our recommendation report.
Implementation
If you would like us to implement any recommendations that we make to you, we charge a one-off fee of 1% of the asset value implemented, subject to a minimum charge of £900.
For the initial financial plan and implementation, we levy a cap on these combined fees of a maximum of £25,000.
Ongoing Management Service
Minimum fee is £3,000 per annum and a lighter touch service for £1,650 is also in place for lower value assets.
These fees are tiered, based on the level of your invested assets under our advice, as follows:
- 1% up to £800,000,
- 0.75% between £800,000- £1.5m
- 0.5% £1.5m +

For clients that do not require formal advice but need more than a 15 minute initial chat to discuss a situation or receive some guidance Catriona offers her time via a 30-minute call for £75 or a 60-minute call for £175. If you prefer a face to face home visit, the typical fee for this is £250.

The cost of the call is payable at the time of booking. Many clients find these conversations valuable as they provide dedicated time to explore their personal circumstances. Often, clients don’t need formal financial advice but appreciate the opportunity to speak with a professional who can listen, offer clarity, and guide them towards relevant services or trusted specialists in legal care or support.
